XCEL specializes in short run production in both mill and lathe. We run anything from 10 to 1000+. All are inspected to SQL of 2.5 unless otherwise specified.
Sometimes you don't have an Engineer. XCEL offers print creation, fixture and part design, and other sustaining engineering services that you require.

ENGINEERING
The staff at XCEL has over 35 years in machining experience. We work closely with your engineering staff to ensure cost effective prototypes to assist in your design process.
Owner, Ralph Milone, started XCEL Tool and Manufacturing Company LLC in 2013 in Milford Connecticut after purchasing the assets of Offload Manufacturing. Since that purchase, XCEL has expanded multiple times and became ISO 9001 certified.
Mr. Milone has over 40 years of machining experience, and what started as a 1-man shop has grown to 10 employees. We are large enough to handle most work presented, but small enough to provide the attention to detail expected by our customers.
Our goal is to change the way you interact with machine shops.
